1、为客户提供产品设计方案,把产品从*初概念设计转化到生产;
2、掌控案件的开发进程,能独立面对客户并帮助客户系统地解决问题;
3、协助QA处理客户口投诉,并跟进内部改善的落实状况;
4、统筹协调内部资源,确保项目按计划进行;
5、制定产品规格书,测试报告,跟进项目进度。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历项目管理等相关专业优先,英语能作为工作语言;
2、2年以上项目管理经验优先考虑,制作项目总结报告,有一定谈判技巧;
3、善于沟通和分析,性格开朗，会使用office软件。

Job Responsibilities
Provide product design solutions fcustomers, transform products from initial conceptual design to mass production.
Control the project development process, independently interface with customers help them solve problems systematically.
Assist QA in handling customer complaints, follow up on the implementation of internal improvements.
Coordinate internal resources to ensure projects proceed as planned.
Prepare product specifications test reports, follow up on project progress.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree above; project management related majors are preferred; English can be used as a working language.
At least 2 years of project management experience is preferred; able to write project summary reports possess certain negotiation skills.
Good communication analytical skills, outgoing personality, proficient in Office software.
