【岗位职责】
1、负责卡车驻车 BMS、启停电源 BMS、小 PACK 保护板、车载电源板的 PCB 布局、布线、叠层设计、阻抗匹配及版图优化；
2、根据硬件原理图、结构图纸、安规及 EMC 要求，完成高低压分区、功率回路布局、采样线路、模拟数字分区布局，规避干扰与发热问题；
3、配合硬件工程师完成 PCB 评审，评估布局合理性、散热设计、工艺可行性、装配兼容性，输出 PCB 文件、生产菲林、钢网等生产资料；
4、针对大电流 MOS、采样电阻、功率回路做专项布局优化，降低线路损耗、开关干扰与温升；
5、跟进 PCBA 打样、贴片、焊接、试产，解决布线相关生产、装配、信号干扰、发热异常等问题；
6、遵守 PCB 设计规范，持续优化布局标准，配合 DFM 工艺要求完成设计整改；
7、协助完成硬件测试、EMC 测试，根据测试结果调整 PCB 布局布线，完成整改优化。

【任职资格】
1、大专及以上学历，电子、机电、自动化等相关专业；
2、4 年及以上 PCB Layout 工作经验，有 BMS、车载功率板、动力电池保护板布局经验优先；
3、熟练使用 Altium Designer、Cadence 等主流 PCB 设计软件，精通多层板、功率板布局布线规则；
4、精通大电流回路、模拟 / 数字信号分离、EMC、安规、散热布局设计，了解功率 MOS、采样电路布线要点；
5、熟悉 PCB 板材、铜厚、表面工艺、贴片 / 插件生产工艺及 DFM 要求；
6、了解车载产品电气特性，能独立完成从原理图对接、布局到量产全流程工作；
7、工作细心严谨，动手能力强，具备良好的沟通能力与问题解决能力。
