1.负责所带项目的全面管理、质量控制及督导，并按时保质量完成项目交付。

2．负责本项目组CRA业务指导及执行工作，包括：工作计划和工作总结的审查，CRA的分工，各中心项目问题及研究者问题的及时指导，监查质量，监查报告的审阅，对项目重点和难点问题的实时监控，对项目的风险预判和应对措施，对项目进度的督促和保障措施，物资及文件管理等。

3. 负责本项目组的团队建设工作。

4. 协助部门经理完善部门制度和SOP的升级，支持新制度的顺利执行，带头执行好公司的相关管理制度。

5. 负责CRA的关于与项目相关的培训工作，督促CRA积极学习专业知识和项目管理知识，不断提升监查能力。

6. 负责项目的成本控制，严格控制不必要的费用支出，保证CRA的监查效率和质量。

7. 对外协调各研究中心、申办者、数据管理与统计人员之间的关系，并与之保持良好的沟通和关系维护；

8. 与领导，其他项目组及部门保持良好的沟通和协调，保持与组内驻外CRA的沟通和联系，保证项目的顺利开展。

任职要求：

教育背景: ◆医学、药学相关专业，本科及以上学历；

工作经验: ◆具3年以上临床项目管理工作经验，有心血管类器械经验者优先；

技能技巧: ◆熟悉器械管理办法、GCP法规以及有关临床研究的相关法规；

◆熟悉临床研究的全过程，对临床研究的各阶段的工作十分了解，能独立开展工作；

◆书面和口头表达能力较强，善于与各种不同类型的研究者进行交往；

◆具备较强的组织、协调、沟通和解决问题的能力；
