岗位职责
1.负责设备电气方案设计、电气原理图绘制、PLC 程序编写与调试。
2.完成触摸屏（HMI）界面设计、伺服 / 变频器 / 传感器等自动化元件选型与应用。
3.负责设备现场接线、调试、故障排查，确保设备正常运行与交付。
4.配合机械、工艺工程师完成整机联调，优化设备动作逻辑与运行效率。
5.编写电气相关技术文档：电气清单、接线图、调试报告、操作说明书等。
6.处理客户现场设备电气故障，提供售后技术支持与问题解决。
7.参与新项目研发与改进，持续优化电气控制方案，提升设备稳定性。
8.遵守公司安全规范，指导现场电工 / 装配人员规范作业。
任职要求
1.大专及以上学历，电气自动化、机电一体化、工控相关专业优先。
熟悉至少一种主流 PLC 编程（西门子 / 三菱 / 欧姆龙 / 倍福等），能独立完成程序编写、调试与优化。
2.能看懂电气原理图，独立完成电气接线、控制柜设计、元器件选型。
3.熟练使用触摸屏（HMI）、伺服、变频器、传感器等自动化产品调试。
4.熟悉 EPLAN、CAD 等电气绘图软件，能出具电气图纸与技术文档。
5.具备设备现场调试、故障排查能力，能适应短期出差。
6.工作严谨负责，动手能力强，有自动化设备 / 锂电设备相关经验优先。
