The Nanchang Youth Development Foundation is a non-profit social organization with independent legal personality status, founded in December 2013 by the Communist Youth League Nanchang Municipal Committee, abbreviated as "NQ Foundation". Its registration authority is the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, and its supervisory unit is the Communist Youth League of Jiangxi Provincial Committee.
Since its establishment, the NQ Foundation has raised over one million yuan through public online fundraising, ranking first in online fundraising for public welfare and charity in Jiangxi. The "NQ Dream Realization" educational assistance program has supported a total of 645 people, provided assistance and care for 232 children with severe illnesses, and offered consultation for severe illness assistance to 1,795 person-times.
