【岗位职责】
1、负责公司药品采购工作，根据销售及需求，制定合理采购计划；
2、负责新品种筛选、评估、询比价、价格谈判、协议签署等工作，控制成本，提升产品毛利；
3、负责分管商品返利管理工作，做好返利协议录入、催收、核销、台账梳理等环节工作；
4、负责分管商品库存管理及分析工作，及时处理退货、近效期及滞销商品，提升周转率；
5、做好新商品首营资料的索取、追收工作；建立健全供应商档案，做好相应厂商管理、沟通工作；
6、负责供应商付款计划、与承付员、财务做好沟通衔接；
7、负责相关GSP管理制度在本岗位的执行；
8、响应门店采购相关需求。
【岗位需求】
1、本科及以上学历，药学、中药学或相关专业；
2、有药企、医药流通或医药零售3年以上采购经验，熟悉采购流程；
3、善于沟通、有较强的责任心和积极进取的精神，承受一定压力，执行力强，具备团队协作精神；
4、熟练运用Excel分析；
5、有OTC普药厂商资源及采购管理经验者优先。
