1.负责本实验室NGS病原体检测的技术保障、技术支持，保障实验室平稳运行并持续提高。
2.对外部产品进行评估和选择，推动产品引进和落地，制定性能验证方案并评估性能验证结果。
3.为本实验室建立全面的质量体系，输出技术标准，并负责质量控制，并对本实验室的流程进行标准化。
4.对现有的流程，进行改造和优化，建立自动化的检测流程。
5.及时跟踪了解国内外基因检测行业及技术的*新发展动态，参与设计开发新的基因检测项目，完成相关的检测流程，撰写相应的SOP，并持续改进与优化。
6.与供应链和质量部配合，对供应商进行质量管理。
7.参与公司产品市场推广活动，包括技术讲座、展会咨询等，配合客服部、销售部等处理客户的技术咨询。
完成上级交待的其他工作。
1）本科3年以上、硕士1年以上病原检测工作经验，熟悉病原体检测流程，熟悉项目管理、开发流程。
2）1年以上相关岗位管理经验。一定的管理能力，有较强的分析问题、解决问题和创新能力。
3）熟悉ISO15189、CAP质量体系，有相关的质量体系建设经验，了解生物信息学相关知识，实验室现场验收、二级生物安全实验室建设及验收、PCR实验室建设及验收
4）较强的客户服务意识和沟通协调能力。
5）*好具有自动化设备相关知识和经验。
6）此岗位有夜班
