岗位职责：
1.基于岗位目标设定，拓展、维护区域内新老商户，与各商户建立长期稳定的区域商户关系，为业绩指标负责；
2.结合商户需求及消费者消费动向，制定个性化营销方案，促进与商户的深度合作关系；
3.快速有效地解决合作商家遇到的问题及突发事件，及时处理来自商家及消费者的投诉、反馈、建议等，持续提高消费者和商家的满意度；
4. 通过收集用户意见、当地市场信息等，对公司经营提出参考意见，并树立企业形象。
任职要求：
1、具备良好的商家拓展、运营工作能力，有团购、餐饮、社区拓展等相关经验优先；
2、具备运营优化、商品组合搭配、数据分析能力、代运营相关经验优先；
3、认真负责，具备优秀的执行力和工作激情；
4、本科及以上学历；
