4. 通过技术、业务等多角度，协同配合业务、产品团队，推动目标达成。
岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，具备较好的团队协作精神和沟通能力、能独立分析和解决问题。
2. 熟悉Java语言、面向对象设计的原则和设计模式，具备扎实的Java基础、熟悉多线程使用、并发场景处理。
3. 熟练使用Spring、Spring MVC等框架，熟悉MySQL、数据库相关原理、常用性能优化技术，对事务、锁等实现机制有深入了解。
4. 熟悉常用业务架构的设计方法，能够通过技术方案设计，解决并实现复杂业务场景或流程链路的需求。
5. 具备一定的技术规划和设计能力，发现架构设计中存在的问题，并给出有效的解决措施和方法。
