Position Summary
TDK SensEI is seeking a highlyganized results-driven full time Logistics Supervisto oversee manage the company’s logistics supply chain operations. The role reports directly to the VP of Operations is responsible fensuring the timely, cost-effective, efficient movement of goods, while maintaining high standards of compliance operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing domestic international logistics, strong technical commof ERP systems the ability to communicate effectively in English with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including inbound outbound shipments, warehousing, distribution.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers partners while optimizing cost efficiency.
• Develop maintain relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, third-party logistics providers.
• manage ERP Purchaseders (PO), Salesders (SO), Invoices fworldwide teams.
• Track POs shipments proactively until final receipt by the customer.
Inventory & Warehousing
• Monitinventory levels, coordinate with warehouse teams, ensure accuracy of stock records.
• Implement processes to reduce inventory discrepancies improve stock turnover.
• Consolidate inventory data across worldwide locations to support global visibility planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory standards in warehouse operations.
Process Improvement & Compliance
• Identify opportunities foperational efficiency cost savings across the logistics supply chain functions.
• Develop, implement, monitlogistics policies procedures in line with company regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal transportation regulations, including customs import/export documentation.
Collaboration & Reporting
• Collaborate with commercial, procurement, operations teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare present reports on logistics performance, KPIs, operational challenges to senimanagement.
• Support cross-functional projects related to supply chain improvements, system implementations, vendmanagement.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations management, preferably in a manufacturing technology environment.
• Strong understanding of domestic international shipping, freight forwarding, customs regulations.
• Proficient in logistics management software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English (both written spoken) to support global communication reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving,ganizational skills.
• Strong communication interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams regions.
• Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
