Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible fcollecting vibration data of critical mechanical equipment verifying the accuracy reliability of the data.
2. Build edgeRX predictive maintenance solutions, complete routine data collection special tests, such as tests fverifying bearing unbalance, misalignment, resonance, looseness other conditions.
3. Diagnose common faults of mechanical equipment, including but not limited to unbalance, misalignment, looseness, resonance, pump/fan/compressvane flow issues, cavitation, turbulence, gearbox failures, rolling element bearing failures, etc., take corresponding measures to prevent correct the faults.
4. Use methods such as spectrum, phase readings, time waveforms, impact bump tests to detect equipment looseness, resonance other conditions.
5. Perform precision shaft alignment balancing (single two-plane), as well as soft foot correction.
6. Formulate equipment vibration alarm limits, establish baselines, set alarms using band, envelope/mask, statistics other methods.
7. Participate in equipment acceptance tests to ensure that their vibration indicators meet relevant standards.
Job Requirements
1. Hold a bachelors degree from a domestic 985 university, a masters degree above, with solid professional knowledge in mechanical engineering, vibration analysis related fields.
2. Be familiar with bearing diagnosis methods, including demodulation, enveloping, shock pulse, PeakVue, Spike Energy other high-frequency bearing fault detection technologies.
3. Hold ISO 18436-2 Level II above vibration diagnosis analyst certificate.
4. Understmaintenance practices, condition monitoring common condition monitoring technologies, be familiar with data collection, testing techniques, senstypes (such as non-contact displacement proximity probes, velocity sensors, accelerometers, etc.).
5. Master signal processing knowledge, including filters (low pass, bpass, high pass, bstop), sampling, aliasing, dynamic range, resolution, Fmax, data collection time, averaging (linear, longitudinal, overlap, peak hold, time synchronous), windowing leakage, etc.
6. Have vibration analysis capabilities such as spectrum analysis, time waveform analysis, phase analysis, understthe settings use of relevant analysis tools.
7. Those with 36 months more of practical experience in vibration analysis are preferred, be able to proficiently complete precision shaft alignment, balancing other work.
8. Have fluent English listening speaking skills, be able to adapt to domestic international business trips, with about two weeks of business trips per month.
