岗位职责：
1. 制定测试策略与方案：针对应用的业务场景，设计并执行测试用例，覆盖功能、性能、稳定性、边界等多维度测试。
2. 缺陷管理与追踪：在测试过程中发现、记录、分类并推动解决系统缺陷，确保问题闭环处理。
3. 协作沟通：与BA、UI设计师、开发人员紧密合作，理解产品需求和实现逻辑，保障产品质量。
4.文档撰写：输出测试计划、测试报告、问题跟踪记录等质量文档，支持项目交付与验收。
5. 持续优化测试流程：引入先进的测试理念与工具，提升团队整体测试能力和质量保障水平。
6. 管理项目CI/CD流程，管理各类应用环境，有DevOps或云原生测试经验。

任职要求：
1. 计算机科学、软件工程、数学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 至少2年以上软件测试经验，有AI相关项目测试经验者优先。
3. 熟悉主流测试方法和工具（如Postman、JMeter等），熟悉常见数据库（MySQL等）操作与管理。
4. 熟练掌握至少一种编程语言（Python / Java / JavaScript 等），具备良好的脚本开发能力。
5. 熟悉Linux操作系统，具备基本的命令行操作和日志分析能力。
6. 对AI基础理论有一定了解，熟悉AI应用测试者优先。
7. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、问题定位能力，能独立完成测试分析与执行。
8. 责任心强，执行力好，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。

加分项（非必须）：
1. 有AI中台、推荐系统、图像识别、语音识别、自然语言处理等项目测试经验。
2. 熟悉CI/CD流程，有DevOps或云原生测试经验。
3.掌握性能测试、压力测试、接口测试等专项测试技能。
