职位描述
1、认真贯彻、执行国家安全方针、政策和建筑施工安全技术标准、规范、规程，制定项目工程实施计划并检查落实执行情况；
2、建立项目工程安全、环境、健康管理体系和制度流程，分析各类管理体系的运行情况，编制分析报告，提出改进建议；
3、组织召开安全环保工作会议，布置、检查、总结安全环保工作，组织开展安全环保活动；
4、组织制订并维护项目工程安全、环境、职业健康事故应急预案，并监督执行；
5、管理项目工程与相关政府部门的交流沟通，对外关系维护，处理相关对接事务；
6、完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务；
任职要求
1、环境与工程类、安全类相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、8年及以上安全、环境、健康管理的相关工作经验；
3、具备安全、健康、环保相关知识（含消防知识、环保知识、职业健康知识、工伤事故分级及处理、高空作业知识、危化品管理知识、应急预案知识、承包商管理、特种设备知识等）；
4、熟悉国家关于安全、健康、环保方面的法律法规；
5、持有化工行业国家注册安全工程师证书；
6、熟练使用Office系列软件；
7、良好的团队合作精神与组织能力、沟通协调能力；逻辑思维较强。
