岗位职责
1.负责Odoo二次开发、定制开发，依据业务需求改造现有功能、新建业务模块、新增字段、调整业务流程、权限配置及自定义报表开发;
2.负责前端页面定制开发，使用XML、JS、QWeb调整界面布局、菜单、表单、列表及视图样式;
3.负责后端业务逻辑开发，基于Python编写业务规则、自动流程、计算逻辑、触发器及审批流程;
4.负责PostgreSQL数据库维护、语句优化、数据迁移及数据问题修复;
5.负责系统接口集成，完成Odo0与钉钉、企业微信、财务系统及第三方平台API对接打通;
6.负责服务器部署、版本升级、bug修复、日常运维及线上问题排查保障。
任职技能要求：
1.后端:熟练掌握Python、Odoo框架及ORM开发;
2.前端:熟悉XML、JavaScript、CSS、QWeb页面开发定制;
3.数据库:精通PostgreSQL使用及性能优化;
4.环境能力:熟悉Linux基础操作、Git版本管理、API接口联调;
5.具备5年及以上Odoo/ERP相关开发实施经验，能独立承接模块全流程开发交付。
