岗位职责
负责科技厅阳光政务项目的后端系统设计、开发、优化与维护，确保系统安全、稳定、高效运行。
参与项目需求分析、技术方案设计、代码实现和线上服务维护，编写高质量代码并完成单元测试。
基于Spring Cloud微服务架构进行开发，使用Flowable等工作流引擎实现阳光政务项目业务功能的需求。
任职要求
计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年及以上Java开发经验，有政府项目、电子政务或大型企业级系统开发经验者优先。
扎实的 Java 编程基础，精通多线程、集合框架、JVM原理及性能调优。熟悉常用数据结构与算法，有良好的代码风格，能熟练运用设计模式优化代码结构；
熟悉 Spring Cloud（包括但不限于服务发现、配置管理、负载均衡）、MyBatis、Redis、RocketMQ、XXL-Job 等主流技术栈，能独立完成软件功能的设计、开发、测试等工作；；
熟练掌握 Flowable（或 Activiti）工作流引擎，有实际表单流程流程开发经验和案例优先；
熟悉 Mysql、Oracle、postgresql关系型数据库中的其中一种，有数据迁移经验优先。
熟悉 Linux 环境下的开发、测试和部署，掌握基本的操作命令。
熟悉 Git 版本控制，熟悉 Maven 或 Gradle 构建工具。
有较强抗压能力、责任心和上进心，具有独立需求分析和解决问题的能力。
