任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，行业经验优异者可适当放宽条件。
2、熟悉法律服务行业运营模式，同时具备业务转化管理+律师团队管理双重实战经验。
3、精通市场邀约、客户谈签转化全流程，擅长律师团队管控与案件交付管理，能够扛起整体业绩目标。
4、统筹协调、内外公关能力出众，通晓行业合规准则，具备优秀的风险预判与管控能力。
