岗位定位
隶属于总部，面向全国各分所开展业务赋能，通过线下出差现场指导、线上培训、体系搭建等方式，围绕民商事、执行等业务，优化前端邀约、谈案转化能力，拉动各分所业绩增长。
岗位职责
1、搭建并落地客户邀约、谈案标准化体系；
2、针对各分所，围绕民商事、执行、常法业务组织培训，开展业务指导、技巧赋能，持续提升团队转化水平；
3、对接各分所，协调解决业务推进卡点，输出优化方案，跟踪业务转化数据；
4、分析各分所业务短板，持续迭代业务运营模式，推动分所业绩提升；
5、完成总部交办的其他业务运营、项目统筹工作。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，法学专业优先；具备房地产、金融行业面销商务经验，拥有律所运营、谈案实战经验者优先；
2、具备优秀商务谈判能力，善于挖掘客户需求；
3、谈吐得体，综合素养突出，拥有良好的总结提炼与培训授课能力；
4、具备团队管理经验者优先；
5、能够接受常态化出差，前往各地分所现场开展赋能工作。
薪酬福利：
1、薪资待遇：综合收入8000元/月+，优秀者面议，上不封顶。
