"Zaijia Diandian" is an online convenience store platform developed by Shanghai Lidao Network Technology Co., Ltd., invested by internationally renowned mobile internet investment companies - Sequoia Capital and Gaorong Capital (Alibaba, JD.com, and Meituan are also invested by Sequoia). Founded in 2015, its headquarters is located on Yishan Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai.

"Zaijia Diandian" responds to the national call for "supply-side reform" and provides an entrepreneurial platform for ordinary micro-entrepreneurs to engage in lean entrepreneurship within residential communities. It allows entrepreneurs to rent a warehouse (room) to provide community residents with services such as express delivery collection and dispatch, convenience goods sales, and dry cleaning pick-up and delivery, acting as a "personal life assistant." The aim is to use e-commerce methods and market service functions to provide entrepreneurs with competitive entrepreneurial opportunities with small investments, build a convenient life service platform for communities, and create a new community business ecosystem.

"Zaijia Diandian" is a mobile internet entrepreneurship project. Entrepreneurs can use this APP to become a community personal assistant with a warehouse (room) in the residential area. It integrates various life service resources around the community, providing community users with convenience store goods, fruits and vegetables, express delivery, and other life services, achieving ultra-fast delivery within 10 minutes.

Users download the app, place orders on their phones, and anything they want can be delivered quickly to their hands, liberating users from traditional stores.

"Zaijia Diandian" has fully covered 40 cities including Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, and Ningbo.

Founder & CEO Zhou Yufeng:

When company founder Zhou Yufeng graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2011, he immediately ventured into mobile internet entrepreneurship, targeting middle school students who had mobile phones but not computers, providing e-commerce services for middle school communities, achieving high penetration, and successfully selling the business. Based on this successful practical experience in mobile internet, he entered the venture capital industry and became one of the youngest well-known investors in the mobile e-commerce field.

During his tenure as a senior investment manager at Shengda Capital, he invested in well-known companies including Loukou China (which has received three rounds totaling 500 million RMB in investment), Tuliu.com (which has received two rounds totaling 150 million RMB), Meiwei Buying Deng (which has received three rounds exceeding 50 million USD), and International Line One (which has received two rounds of nearly 100 million RMB). These companies are all developing very strongly.

Years of entrepreneurship and investment have all focused on the mobile internet field. It can be said that he has completed 10,000 hours of professional accumulation in this field and has exceptionally keen insight into mobile internet. Having seen the industry challenges faced by the existing community internet industry, and having found innovative solutions through practice and research, he harbors the dream of reforming business models and changing people's habits, deciding to take action himself and start a new venture.

After extensive research on mobile internet companies and in-depth exploration of their development status, we discovered two major industry problems:

1. The cost for users to switch platforms is very low, making user acquisition costs high, at 40-50 RMB per user.

2. The delivery cost for each order is as high as 9 RMB, and community e-commerce orders struggle to cover this cost, so subsidies are needed.

These two problems are difficult to solve under the current business model, and even Ele.me and Meituan Waimai find it challenging.

Having been in this field for 5 years, the founder believes there may be an opportunity to solve these problems and thereby gain development opportunities in this domain.
