岗位职责：
1.负责产品研发工作，能高效并准确的理解产品需求，在保证代码质量的前提下完成开发；
2.负责后端服务开发（Java技术栈），设计并实现高性能、高可用的API接口。
3.负责前端页面开发（Vue技术栈），实现交互友好、响应式的用户界面。
4.发现和解决业务系统的技术问题，保证系统的性能和稳定性；
5.独立完成项目前后端开发工作；
6.完成领导安排的其他工作。
技能要求：
1.扎实的JAVA基础，了解常用的设计模式，具备良好的编程习惯，能编写高质量的服务端代码；
2.熟练掌握主流的开源框架，能熟练使用SpringMVC、Mybatis，SpringBoot等；
3.熟练使用Mysql等关系型数据库，熟悉缓存技术（Redis）、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）等中间件；
4.3年工作经验，2年以上的大规模高并发访问的Web应用架构设计和开发经验者优先；
5.熟悉JavaScript，熟悉Vue 2/3，熟悉TypeScritp优先；
6.能够使用 Element UI/Ant Design Vue 等UI组件库；
7.关注业界的新技术发展动态，乐于分享技术；
8.学习能力强、工作主动细致、有责任心，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。
