岗位职责：
1.承担系统核心功能代码编写，项目架构设计研发；
2.负责设计和搭建软件系统架构（平台、数据库、接口和应用架构等），解决开发中各种系统架构问题；
3.持续优化现有系统的性能，解决软件系统平台关键技术问题攻关、核心功能模块设计；
4.营造技术学习氛围，带领团队不断完善开发方法及流程，提升开发效率与质量，加强技术标准及规范；
5.对技术部人员进行新技术的培训，让技术部同事能尽快适应新技术。
任职要求：
1.本科学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上JAVA开发经验
2.精通Java开发语言、熟练Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、Mybatis的技术应用，了解基本实现原理；
3.熟悉MySQL，Oracle等数据库开发，能够编写高质量的SQL语句，sql优化等；
4.熟练使用常用的开发部署工具熟悉Linux常用命令、Java调优组件，能独立在系统上进行测试及部署；
5.责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能承受一定的工作压力，有责任心，乐于帮助同事；
6.精通Excel电子表格，有丰富的数据报表开发和制作经验，对数据分析和数据挖掘有一定研究的优先考虑；
7.深入了解现代AI网络的结构特点和训练策略，有大模型（GPT、LLAMA、文心、百川、DeepSeek等）应用经验和优化经验的优先。
