工作职责：
1.监控现场品质状况，确保现场5M1E符合生产要求；
2.依据控制计划、工艺标准文件，对生产过程进行首检、巡检等工作；
3.接收/下转产品的质量状态、标识的检验确认；
4.记录和汇总制程品质数据；
5.监督制程不合格品的标识、隔离、记录和处理等工作实施状况；
6.出现异常问题及时开出品质异常单，并跟踪改善效果；
7.对出现的异常有基本的判断能力，能将较严重异常及时上报给直接领导；
8.因前工序造成的品质异常，应及时将异常信息反馈给前工序，以防异常品质问题的延续发生。
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，理工科专业相关；
2.熟练并掌握体系文控相关知识、文档体系建立相关知识；熟练操作office办公软件，能掌握和运用*基本的质量工具和统计手法；
3.思路清晰、沟通表达能力较强，能承担较大的工作压力；具备良好的沟通能力和推动能力，积极主动承担工作。
4.能熟练运用办公软件，例如WORD、EXCEL等，熟悉锂电池行业标准、工艺流程优先。
