岗位职责：
参与项目的需求分析/概要设计/详细设计及研发；
可以独立搭建项目以及负责项目的部署；
有一定的管理能力，可以带领3人左右的开发团队；
协助完成项目的测试及交付工作；
解决开发过程中的技术问题及难点；
负责服务器部署/安全/稳定和性能优化等工作；
任职要求：
4年以上互联网行业或企业信息化行业技术经验，有一定管理经验；
有扎实的编程能力，有优秀的设计和代码品味，可以独立进行系统的搭建和部署；
熟练掌握常用框架、中间件，如Springboot、SpringCloud或SpringMVC、Dubbo，Mybatis、Redis、RabbitMq/Kafka等；
熟练使用常见关系型数据库（Mysql、Oracle等），对复杂SQL有调优能力；
熟练使用git、maven/gradle、jenkins 等配置管理工具,熟悉Linux常用命令，熟悉非关系型数据库（MongDB等）；
具备良好的沟通表达能力和分析问题/解决问题的能力；
条件优先：
有Springboot/SpringCloud框架实际项目应用经验优先；
可以独立搭建项目，可以带领团队优先；
兼具互联网和房地产行业相关项目经验优先；
