岗位职责：
1.负责高速数模混合电路 PCB Layout，器件布局与走线优化
2.主导高速信号布线，确保信号完整性与时序匹配
3.连接器、IC、接口封装导入，layout封装库管理
4.针对 ESD/EMC/BCI等问题进行layout优化。
5.参与 DFM/DFA 评审，与硬件工程师协作完成设计交付

任职要求：
1.1年以上 PCB Layout 经验
2.熟练使用 Cadence Allegro 或 PADS
3.熟悉高速数字电路布线规则（阻抗控制、等长匹配、差分走线、回流控制）
4.具备 SI/PI 基础理论
5.了解常见高速接口协议的 Layout 要求
6.熟悉常见 IC 封装类型（BGA、QFN、QFP、WLCSP、FCBGA 等），理解封装 pitch、ball map、breakout 策略对 Layout 的影响，能根据封装特性合理规划扇出方式与层叠结构
