1、负责产线PCBA电路板、电源板、控制板不良故障检测、诊断与维修，熟练使用烙铁、热风枪、万用表、示波器等工具，完成元器件更换、补焊、功能复测，保障产线正常流转；
2、负责整机成品不良、客退返修机故障排查与修复，解决不开机、不通电、通讯异常、功能报错等常见问题，确保维修后产品性能达标；
3、每日统计维修数据、梳理高频不良问题，分析故障原因（来料、制程、工艺、设计问题），配合品质、工艺部门推进改善；
4、严格执行静电防护、安全作业规范，做好工位5S、维修物料、工装工具的日常管理与维护；
5、记录维修过程、输出故障台账，配合完成维修标准化文档、常见问题总结，协助团队优化维修效率；
6、配合生产、品质、研发完成异常跟进、样板测试及问题复盘。
任职要求
1、熟悉电子电路，能看懂基本原理图，具备PCBA、家电或电源类产品维修经验；
2、熟练贴片、插件板维修，擅长排查短路、虚焊、元器件损坏等故障；
3、做事踏实细心，服从产线安排，能接受车间生产节奏；
4、有充电桩、电源、小家电、电子制造业维修经验者优先。
