一、岗位职责
1、负责企业ERP系统的后端开发、功能迭代、BUG修复及性能优化工作，根据业务需求完成代码编写、单元测试，保障系统稳定高效运行。
2、参与北极星系统的需求调研、方案设计、技术落地及升级维护，配合业务部门梳理业务流程，落地对应技术开发需求。
3、负责与前端、测试、产品及业务团队对接，精准拆解开发任务，及时同步开发进度，解决项目开发及落地过程中的各类技术问题。
4、持续优化现有ERP系统架构与代码逻辑，提升系统响应速度、兼容性和稳定性，规避系统运行风险。
5、参与项目技术评审、代码评审，输出规范的技术文档、开发手册，沉淀项目开发经验。
6、配合完成系统上线、运维支撑、版本迭代等后续工作，保障业务常态化有序开展。
二、职位要求
1、学历：大专及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先。
2、经验：5年及以上JAVA后端开发工作经验，具备成熟的项目独立开发落地能力。
3、核心技能：熟练掌握JAVA基础及主流开发框架，具备扎实的后端开发功底；有完整的ERP系统开发落地经验，熟悉ERP业务流程与技术架构。
4、优先条件：有北极星系统实际开发、迭代、运维经验者优先录用。
5、能力要求：具备良好的逻辑思维、问题排查能力和团队协作能力，能够独立承接开发任务，抗压能力良好。
6、薪资标准：RATE 600-700/天
