2、语言表达能力好，善于启发学生，教学讲究方法，善于总结和提升；

3、热爱教师职业，对工作充满热情，责任心强，具有团队合作精神和组织协调能力；

4、工作积极主动、认真负责，能够承受一定的工作压力。
