工作职责：
1、负责区域的销售工作，根据公司战略制定销售计划并有效执行，达成销售目标；
2、开发区域新渠道，并有效管理已有渠道，建立良好的渠道网络，促进放量销售；
3、负责目标市场及客户的开发工作，丰富并优化公司产品的客户基数，包括但不限于OEM客户、SI、EU、设计院等；
4、关注区域内行业市场动向及获取竞争情报，并反馈公司；
5、整合内外部资源，推动销售工作开展；
汇报对象：大区经理
任职资格：
1、专科及以上学历，有一定的电气及自动化技术背景，2年以上相关工作经验，具有泵类、环保、水处理、暖通空调、流体机械等过程控制销售经验优先；熟悉西门子PLC者优先；
2、具备电气类产品基本知识，了解电气类产品的基本功能，如HMI、PLC、变频器等产品；
3、了解当地市场，能够独立负责区域客户，完成销售任务；
4、良好的自我驱动力，工作独立且高度积极主动，抗压能力强；
