【岗位职责】
1、基于业务需求和应用场景，参与设计、技术选型和后端核心代码开发，帮助公司建立 SaaS产品后端功能；
2、负责公司核心产品需求分析、技术方案评估、架构设计、业务逻辑抽象等工作，并且高质量、高稳定、高性能交付项目模块；
3、解决开发过程中遇到的主要技术问题；
【任职要求】
1、统招双一流本科及以上985/211计算机或相关专业，3--5年以上java的互联网开发经验，参与过大中型项目的开发优先；
2、熟练掌握J2EE核心语法规范、Java常用设计模式；
3、熟练使用J2EE开发框架（Spring、SpringMVC、Mybaits、SpringBoot/SpringCloud）等框架编码及整合；
4、熟练掌握MySQL/PostgreSQL应用开发，熟悉数据库原理和性能优化；
5、熟练掌握RabbitMQ、Kafka等消息中间件，熟练掌握Redis缓存数据库；
6、有业务系统开发经验的，对原有业务系统有深度和广度的了解, 以及对原有系统的改进意见(包括业务架构, 业务流程等)；
7、有良好的学习能力、独立解决问题、沟通能力、抗压能力和团队协作能力，能够高效执行任务，责任心强；
