岗位职责：
1. 美区 Google Ads/FB 全流程管理独立完成账户搭建、广告组规划及合规审查；
2. 制定 Kickstarter/Indiegogo 等众筹项目的阶段性投放策略；
3. 每日监控 CTR/CVR/ROI 等核心指标，优化出价策略与素材组合数据驱动优化；
4. 了解搜索引擎工作原理与 SEO 基本策略，运用 Google Keyword Planner 等工具挖掘高潜力关键词，定期清理无效关键词，提升广告质量得分；
5. 对接设计团队输出广告素材制作需求，优化广告文案与视觉内容，同时调研竞品 Google Ads/FB 投放策略，针对性调整自身方案；
6. 定期输出投放复盘报告，总结投放效果、成本消耗及优化方向，对产品广告的 GMV 及 ROI 指标直接负责；

任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，英语四级及以上，读写良好，能独立撰写英文广告文案；
2. 具备 2 年+ 美区 Google Ads/FB 投放经验，有众筹项目经验优先,针对Kickstarter/Indiegogo 等众筹项目，能规划适配项目周期的 Google Ads/FB策略；
3. 熟练操作 Google Ads /FB 后台，能独立完成账户搭建、预算分配及策略调整，熟悉计费规则与投放逻辑；
4. 关注 Google Ads/FB 平台规则变动，适配新功能与政策调整，抗压能力强，具备良好的跨部门协作意识；

岗位福利:
