5. 具有较强的沟通协作和抗压能力，可以独当一面高效、高质量的完成开发任务；
6. 熟悉团队软件开发流程和相关工具，如源代码控制，缺陷程序跟踪和质量监管；
7. 熟悉应用软件开发的周期和项目管理的方法，具备良好的代码编程习惯及较强的文档编写能力，具有较强的责任心和使命感，踏实肯干，良好的合作精神，沟通能力。
