岗位职责：
1. 参与 AI 对话系统的架构设计与核心模块开发，包括对话管理、长时记忆、RAG 检索增强生成、知识库体系建设等功能。
2. 负责 ASR+LLM+TTS 全链路语音交互、多模态对话等核心功能的代码实现与性能调优，保障系统高可用、高并发与低延迟运行。
3. 对接大模型 API 与推理服务，完成模型性能调优，主导 MCP 协议适配、Tools 工具调用与 Skills 技能插件体系的研发落地，将 AI 能力工程化落地，持续优化对话体验。
4. 编写高质量代码与技术文档，参与代码评审，沉淀 AI 工程化通用组件，提升团队整体技术水平。
5. 定位并解决系统运行中的复杂技术问题，持续优化 RAG 系统、语音交互链路、大模型服务的稳定性与可扩展性。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，5 年及以上 Java 后端开发经验，有 AI 系统或大模型应用项目完整落地经验。
2. 扎实的 Java 基础，精通集合、并发编程、JVM 调优，深入理解 Spring/Spring Boot 等主流开发框架，具备分布式系统设计与开发能力。
3. 熟悉 MySQL、Redis 等数据库与缓存技术，了解 Milvus 等主流向量数据库，有高并发系统设计与开发经验优先。
4. 熟悉 LLM 大模型应用工程化全流程，掌握 RAG 技术体系、MCP 协议原理，有 AI 对话系统、语音交互系统开发经验。
