Key Responsibilities:
The Financial Controller coordinates financial planning, business oversight, cost analysis, compliance while driving efficiency, fostering team development, supporting continuous improvement in alignment withganizational goals.
-Coordinate ensure the successful delivery of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) rolling forecasts. Contribute to expansion production line change projects.
-Provide financial oversight of plant operations, ensuring alignment withganizational goals .Analyze interpret production costs, inventory levels, manufacturing variances to drive operational efficiency.
-Partner with business leader plant leadership to monitcontrol spending, ensuring cost-effectiveness adherence to budgets.
-Lead the implementation maintenance of internal controls within plant operations to safeguard assets ensure compliance.
-Prepare present periodic financial summaries, highlighting plant performance identifying areas fimprovement.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing production processes financial outcomes.
-Develop finance team capabilities provide ongoing training mentorship to subordinates.
-Oversee statutory compliance fulfillment of all regulatory requirements.
