Role summary
We are hiring a (Senior) System Analyst / AI Engineer to develop implement AI solutions that modernize our Finance function. This role will focus on integrating AI/ML tools with legacy systems while ensuring compliance scalability.
Your role
1. Lead the design, development, deployment of AI automation solutions tailored fFinance operations (e.g., automated reporting, anomaly detection, forecasting), including integration with legacy systems manual workflows.
2. Collaborate with business analysts Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements regulatory constraints robust sustainable (with continuous upgrade) technical solutions.
3. Evaluate, select, implement appropriate AI/ML models tools that fit highly-regulated reporting digitalize Finance process automation.
4. Integrate AI automation tools (e.g. RPA, Computer Use, Browser Use) with existing ERP/Finance systems, ensuring data accuracy security.
5. Engage in troubleshooting, performance optimization, ongoing support of AI systems within a legacy IT environment.
6. Document technical specifications, test cases, system integration points; ensure compliance with data security internal policy.
7. Optimize maintain AI models, ensuring they align with regulatory audit requirements.
8. Provide technical expertise advice as part of change management initiatives, contributing to user training, system demos, pilot rollouts.
To succeed in your role
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related discipline.
2. 5+ years’ experience in AI/ML engineering, system analysis, application development, ideally within Finance large enterprise environments.
3. Hands-on expertise in deploying AI /automation technologies in operational Finance settings, especially where legacy manual processes exist.
4. Experience with legacy system modernization cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker).
5. Familiarity with common Finance data structures, reporting, compliance requirements in a listed company context.
6. Knowledge of Finance processes (e.g., reconciliations, compliance reporting) is a huge plus.
7. Experience in system integration, process automation, navigating complex approval control processes is highly advantageous.
8. Familiarity with change management in a regulated environment.
9. Strong communication skills to bridge technical business teams, ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical Finance stakeholders.
10. Fluency in English. Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.
