任职要求：

2、具有扎实的 Python 编程基础，能够熟练使用 Python 机器学习工具库，熟悉 TensorFlow / PyTorch / XGBoost 等；
3、了解常用机器学习算法的基本原理及使用场景，包括线性回归、 Logistic 回归、朴素贝叶斯、 KNN 、随机森林等；
4、熟悉大模型相关技术及常用框架，包括提示工程、 RAG 、模型预训练、模型微调、模型部署等；
5、具有大模型应用、大模型开发平台的工程技术设计和开发实现经验，包括：智能知识库检索、智能客服、智能 SQL 分析等；
6、具备良好的需求分析能力、业务和技术方案策划和设计能力，优秀的协调、团队合作能力；
7、对 AI 技术具有浓厚的兴趣，具有良好的持续学习、逻辑思维、沟通协作的意识和能力（有AI工作经验是加分项）。
