4、熟悉MySQL/Oracle等关系型数据库及SQL优化，掌握Redis、MQ等中间件技术；
5、具备虚拟机环境部署经验，熟悉Linux系统及基础运维操作；
6、具备良好的客户沟通能力，能将业务需求转化为技术方案，独立管理项目进度；
7、熟悉AI辅助编程工具（如ClaudeCode、通义灵码等），能高效利用AI提升开发效率；
8、具备全栈开发能力或有项目管理经验者优先。
