岗位职责
1、负责产品项目后端架构设计、技术框架搭建、数据模型设计等；
2、主导产品项目核心功能模块的梳理、设计、开发工作；
3、参与业务需求评审、技术可行性调研、关键技术方案设计、概要设计等工作；
4、与产品项目团队紧密协同，落实核心关键技术，推进产品落地。
岗位要求
1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，8年及以上Java架构和开发经验;
2、具备扎实的Java编程基础，有良好的面向对象设计思想;
3、精通主流SpringMVC、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis等主流开发框架;
4、熟练掌握Redis、MQ、Kafka等中间件及云原生技术如容器化、K8S等，具备良好的编码习惯和系统架构思维；
5、熟悉MySQL、Postgresql、DM、OceanBase等数据库技术，具备良好的数据库设计能力和优化能力；
6、熟悉高并发、高可用、高性能系统设计及优化、技术思路清晰，善于解决复杂问题；
7、具备良好的沟通能力、表达能力、文档编写能力，能同团队进行技术方案交流；
8、有大型工程项目管理系统研发经验者优先。
