岗位职责：
1、根据试验方案、SOP、GCP和当地相关的法规要求进行研究中心筛选、启动、监查和关闭访视；
2、控制研究中心进度与质量，保证试验数据的及时、规范和准确录入，确保资料数据的真实性、可靠性和完整性；
3、承担研究中心方案和研究相关的培训，与研究中心进行定期沟通以管理项目进行中的要求和问题，评估方案和相关法规的依从性；
4、跟踪临床研究过程中的不良事件和严重不良事件，确认及时报告，保障受试者权益；
5、管理试验药物、物品、样品、资料等，确保负责研究中心研究物资的及时供应；
6、沟通协调研究中心各阶段进展，包括追踪文件的递交和批准，受试者招募和入组等，协助研究中心解决试验过程中可能出现的问题，将进展定期汇报PM和直线经理，并及时做好相应记录，包括沟通记录、监查报告以及要求的其它研究文件；
7、建立并保持与研究者的良好关系，及时向研究者传递公司的重要信息；
8、协助承担初级临床监查员或实习生带教的工作，保证按照GCP、SOP和研究方案开展工作；
9、完成公司SOP要求的其他事宜，完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，临床医学、药学、护理学等相关专业；
2、2年以上CRA工作经验，或者1年以上肿瘤项目CRA工作经验；
3、熟悉药品注册管理办法、药品临床试验及GCP等相关法规；
4、具有良好的英语读写能力、计算机应用能力；
5、具有较强的沟通协调能力和逻辑思维能力，计划性强，具有成本意识，良好的团队合作精神；
6、可适应经常出差。
