职责概要：
为监管递交撰写高质量的临床文件。临床文件包括但不限于：临床研究方案和修订案、研究者手册、临床研究报告、知情同意书、临床综述以及IND、NDA/BLA注册递交需要的其他临床文件撰写发表需要的研究摘要、海报和文章等。
岗位职责：
1、与跨部门团队高效合作，严格按照时间表完成高质量的文件，并确保其科学性、准确性和与相关文件之间的一致性；
2、制定和管理文件撰写时间表并与团队沟通以确保大家了解所期待的里程碑和交付成果；
3、确保临床文件符合加科思的标准和法规指导原则的要求；
4、确保所负责的文件在*终批准前完成质量检查；
5、确保整合团队的修改意见，在团队成员有不同意见时能够推动达成一致；
6、与内外部利益相关者建立有效的跨部门沟通和合作关系；
7、搜集和整理医学前沿信息、学术动态、医学文献、产品信息，撰写相关报告和文件，为公司在研项目提供医学支持；
8、参与撰写公司相关产品大会发表的摘要、海报和专业期刊发表的文章等；
9、参与开发/优化相关模板和相应的说明；
10、参与部门内或部门间流程优化和培训工作；
11、根据需要辅导入门级别的医学撰写人员；
12、根据需要准备公司药物申报国家相关科研项目的文件和资料。
任职资格：
1、硕士及以上学历，医学、药学、生命科学等医药相关专业；
2、2年及以上药企或CRO医学撰写经验；
3、具备良好的文字功底和撰写技能；
4、能够清晰、简洁和有效地进行英文沟通和撰写；
5、良好的人际关系技能，具有团队精神；
6、能够协调和沟通以确保其他作者们和审阅者们及时地审阅文件。
