Hunan Zhanhui Group Co., Ltd. was established in March 2014 by Mr. Duan Shihui, an outstanding entrepreneur of Hunan Province and a deputy to the Hunan Provincial People's Congress, with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. Its headquarters is located in Changsha, the historic and cultural city known as the Star City.
