【岗位职责】
1、根据公司发展战略，全面负责制定产品的临床开发策略和医学策略，确保研发管线的高效推进和成药性。
2、统筹所有临床项目的方案设计、医学监查、数据解读及临床总结报告。确保临床试验符合NMPA、GCP及国家药监局相关法规要求。
3、负责临床试验全流程的医学把控，审核试验相关医学文件，指导解决试验过程中出现的各类医学问题，保障试验质量。
4、主导与CDE及FDA的沟通交流，负责IND（新药临床试验申请）/NDA（新药上市申请）申报中临床部分的资料撰写、审核及答辩。
5、负责内外部医学沟通对接，与医院研究者PI、伦理委员会、监管机构、CRO合作方及公司内部相关部门保持密切沟通，推动试验快速推进，识别延期风险并制定应对方案，协同完成IND后临床实施、期中分析等工作。
【任职要求】
1、博士学历，临床医学、药学等相关专业。
2、具有10年以上制药行业或大型CRO公司医学/临床部门工作经验，有至少2个以及以上的创新药完整临床试验操盘经验，并有成功上市或NDA申报经验。
3、主导过完整的新药研究全流程，熟练掌握新药临床试验的医学策略制定、临床方案设计，能针对新药研发各阶段给出专业可行的医学建议；能对新药项目的前期评估提供准确建议。
4、精通GCP及相关法规，能高效对接内外部相关单位，传递医学与合规要求，协调解决项目推进中的各类问题。
5、具备较强的抗压能力，能适应新药研发项目的紧迫性和复杂性，高效完成核心工作。
6、搭建并培养专业的医学团队（医学经理、临床科学家、药物安全等），建立高效的内部协作机制。
7、建立和维护与国内外KOL、临床试验机构、审评专家的良好合作关系，提升公司行业影响力。
8、参与公司对外 licensing 项目的医学评估和尽职调查，为BD（业务拓展）提供专业医学支持。
