岗位职责:
1、参与信息系统需求分析、技术方案设计、核心代码编写与单元测试；
2、负责后端服务、API接口的开发、部署与运维保障；
3、维护和升级现有系统，快速定位并修复缺陷；
4、编写清晰的技术文档，并积极参与代码评审和技术分享。
任职要求:
一、学历要求：
统招本科及以上学历，26届毕业生，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业背景。
二、技术要求：
熟练掌握 Java 语言及其生态，理解面向对象编程、集合、多线程、I/O等核心基础。
深入理解 JVM 内存模型、垃圾回收机制者优先。
精通 Spring Framework、Spring Boot、Spring MVC。
熟练使用至少一种关系型数据库（如 MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server），具备良好的 SQL 编写和优化能力。
熟练使用 Git 进行代码版本控制。
了解 Maven / Gradle (Java) 等依赖管理工具、熟悉 Linux 操作系统常用命令。
三、能力要求
问题解决能力：具备优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，面对技术挑战能提出多种解决方案并评估其优劣。
团队协作与沟通能力：具备良好的沟通表达能力，能够清晰地与技术及非技术人员协作，具备团队合作精神。
责任心与质量意识：对代码质量有追求，有责任心，能保证工作任务的按时高质量交付。
四、项目/实习经验（优先考虑）
有实习经验，并在实习期间参与了真实的Java项目开发。
优秀的毕业设计或课程设计，特别是采用了Java相关技术栈的项目。
参加过ACM、挑战杯、软件设计大赛等编程或技术类竞赛并获奖。
独立完成或作为主力开发完成过有亮点的个人项目。
