3、负责热定型机的日常操作，包括上卷、穿布、设定温度/车速/风速等工艺参数；
4、监控布面运行状态，及时发现并处理纬斜、纬弯、起皱、色差等质量问题；
5、根据布种（广告布/遮光布/窗帘布/涂层布等）调整工艺参数，确保幅宽、克重、缩水率达标；
6、配合质检完成首件检验，按频次抽检，发现异常立即调整或停机；
7、负责设备日常维护保养（轧辊清洁、过滤网清理、设备润滑等）；
8、如实填写生产记录表（品种/米数/温度/车速/班组/异常情况）；
任职资格：
1、同岗位经验5-8年及以上；
2、有定型班组长、涂层班组长2年及以上经验，能独立操作热定型机优先考虑；
3、能看懂工艺单，了解温度/车速对布面手感的影响；
4、无色盲色弱（看布面色差用）、无皮肤病、能适应高温车间环境（夏季约35~40°C）；
