Position Summary:
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Business Process Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders through completing consulting led RPA process assessments, documenting business processes, communicating to development teams on requirements having experience in agile RPA delivery.
You will combine the skills of data analysis with a deep understanding of Lean methodologies process improvement, focusing on extracting insights from data to identify eliminate inefficiencies within business operations, streamlining workflows optimizing processes fmaximum efficiency productivity.
You will be experienced in data collection from various sources involving data extraction tools techniques, then be able to review it to identify trends/patterns areas fimprovement. You will also be highly proficient in leveraging process mapping techniques identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, opportunities foptimization based on data analysis.
One key part of the role will be to identify quality prioritising opportunities to automate process, demonstrating to clients the achievement of benefits suggesting process improvements as part of a continuous journey.
Roles responsibilities:
• RPA Tool understanding. (Uipath, Power platform)
• Collaborating with stakeholders to underst“as-is” process, issues, areas fimprovement, leveraging system data to confirm conclusions where necessary.
• Document business processes using Process Definition Documents (PDD), Standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible fdocumenting business process flow charts using BPMN principles.
• Design clear understandable “to-be” processes, replay them to the business get sign off fthem to be developed implemented.
• Utilize up-to-date extraction analysis tools such as Celonis feffective data / processing mining collection analysis.
• Conduct process mapping to evaluate workflows.
• Apply Lean Agile methodologies to optimize processes.
• Perform root cause analyses to identify issues, leveraging data to pinpoint causes propose viable solutions.
• present performance metrics to measure the impact of process improvements pinpoint areas needing further attention.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understbusiness needs, communicate data insights, effectively implement process improvements.
• Design present complex data visualizations intuitive graphics fa non-technical audience. Manage a backlog to enhance data capability in alignment with strategic goals.
• Understdata requirements, develop collection plans, implement them to validate business problems.
• Gather translate data structured, reusable insights fthe team the business.
• Continuously enhance data logic, structure, visualizations to support project delivery across various platforms.
• Work with change management teams to ensure the early adoption of new processes.

• Write test cases against the desired requirements.
• Review UAT test plans, run UAT triage clarification/manage defects.
• Test confirm the desired requirements have been met consideringiginal ROI.

• Possess expert communication facilitation.
• Familiarity with digital tools the ability to use statistical models data to simulate predict the impact of changes.
• Capable of playing a lead role communicating requirements to both onshore offshore teams.
• Ability to playback future “to-be” solutions to multiple audiences with varying degrees of technological maturity.
• Familiarisation with JIRA, Confluence tools
• Knowledge of BPM, RPA, AI API’s
• Proficient in Knowledge on utilizing process discovery products such as Celonis
• Experience in Analytical frameworks
• Proven experience translating business question(s) Analytical tasks.
• Proficiency in translating analysing large data sets including process mining / modelling.
• General knowledge of Visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt).
• Exceptional communication presentation skills, with the ability to modify presentations according to audience process maturity.
• Highly proficient in using MS suite
• Able to work proactively iteratively, breaking down problems more manageably solvable components
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic unprompted attitude fimplementing developing fresh solutions.
