China Communications Construction Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CCCC") is a mega-sized comprehensive infrastructure service provider, mainly engaged in investment, construction and operation of transportation infrastructure, equipment manufacturing, real estate and urban comprehensive development, etc., providing customers with package solutions and integrated services covering investment and financing, consulting and planning, design and construction, management and operation. CCCC is listed in both Hong Kong and Shanghai, and its profitability and value creation capability are in a leading position among global peers. In 2018, CCCC ranked 91st on the Fortune Global 500; and received "13 consecutive A" ratings in the SASAC business performance assessment.

II. CCCC Investment Company Limited:
CCCC Investment Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as CCCC Investment) was established in April 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 10.59 billion, and is an important investment platform solely established by China Communications Construction Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as CCCC).
Since its establishment, CCCC Investment has adhered to the corporate mission of "Connecting the world, building without boundaries", upheld the business philosophy of "Innovative operation, harmonious win-win", followed the corporate spirit of "Shouldering responsibility, pursuing excellence", relied on CCCC's advantages in the infrastructure field, and adopted various investment models such as BT, BOT/BOO, BOT+EPC, equity mergers and acquisitions, and PPP, involving multiple business areas such as infrastructure, urban comprehensive development, real estate, finance, rail transit, and underground integrated utility tunnels. It has successfully invested in a batch of strategic projects such as Shantou East Coast New City, Nanjing Yangtze River Tunnel, Nanjing Jiangbei Cross-Strait Science and Technology Industrial Park, Chongqing CCCC Lijing, Xiamen Hemei New City, Guizhou Guiweng Expressway, Hebei Taihang Mountain Expressway, Wenzhou High-speed Railway New City, and Zhangjiakou "Future City", delivering good economic and social benefits.

III. Chongqing CCCC Lijing Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Chongqing CCCC Real Estate Co., Ltd.:
Chongqing CCCC Real Estate Co., Ltd. was established on November 14, 2014, and is a subsidiary of CCCC Investment Company Limited under the large state-owned holding enterprise China Communications Construction Company Limited (referred to as "CCCC").
CCCC is a leading port, highway and bridge design and construction enterprise, the world's leading dredging enterprise, a leading global port machinery manufacturer, and China's leading international engineering contractor and international design company. In 2018, it ranked 91st on the Fortune Global 500. CCCC Investment Company Limited is an important investment platform solely established by CCCC, with investment sectors such as urban comprehensive development, real estate, infrastructure, and finance, and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
The company is currently developing and constructing the CCCC Jinyue project. The project is located in the Longzhouwan area, the administrative, business and commercial center of Banan District, and has been listed as one of the "Top Ten Projects" of Banan District in 2015, with a total investment of approximately RMB 7.8 billion. The CCCC Jinyue project covers 612 mu, with a floor area ratio of 2.23 and a total gross floor area of 1.21 million square meters. In the future, it will be built into a composite living city fully equipped with villas, high-rise buildings, commerce, parks and schools, and sales opened in 2015.
Chongqing CCCC Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Chongqing CCCC Lijing Real Estate Co., Ltd. operate under the "two signs, one team" business model, and adopt the "same city, cross-regional, multi-project operation" management model.
Chongqing CCCC Lijing Real Estate Co., Ltd. was established in 2008, holds the Grade One qualification for national real estate development enterprises, and developed and constructed the CCCC Lijing project. The CCCC Lijing project is adjacent to Bagucheng and the High-tech Industrial Park in Jiulongpo District, and was once listed as one of the "Four Major Projects" of Dadukou District, with a total investment of approximately RMB 3.8 billion. The project covers a total area of approximately 319 mu, with a floor area ratio of 3.493, and is an urban functional building complex of nearly 1 million square meters, integrating high-rise buildings, western-style houses, apartments, community commerce and commercial streets. All construction was completed in 2015, and delivery was concluded.
