Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities
•    Coordinate, prioritize drive all assigned Purchasing Development Key focus areas
•    Work with team colleagus to achieve results targets 
•    Establish develop a strong collaboration with stakeholders internal customers 
•    Handle uncertainty the unexpected. Hold things together during tough times. 
•    Provide input in the development of the Region China Global Purchasing Business Development Road Maps 
•    Elaborate the Efficiency Roadmap towards wanted position 
•    Secure the compliance of  Purchasing with the applicable processes, procedures guidelines from Purchasing, Volvo CE Volvo AB 
•    Propose concrete articulated actions aiming to reduce risk of non-compliance 
•    Identify mitigate potential risks in processes 
•    Preparation finternal / external audits leading the audits 
•    Prevent audit findings by preparing the audited plants in advance 
•    Assist on the definition of corrective actions as a response from audit findings 
•    Analyze consistency of business relevant raw data, drive corrections.

• 统筹、优先级排序并推进所有分配的采购开发重点工作
• 协同团队同事达成工作成果与绩效目标
• 与各相关方、内部客户建立并维系深度稳固的协作关系
• 应对不确定性与突发状况，在困难时期保障各项工作平稳推进
• 为制定中国区及全球采购业务发展战略路线图提供专业意见与输入
• 制定达成目标岗位要求的效能提升实施路线图
• 确保采购工作严格遵循采购部门、沃尔沃建筑设备（Volvo CE）及沃尔沃集团（Volvo AB）发布的现行流程、制度与指导规范，实现合规运营
• 提出具体、条理清晰的落地举措，降低合规风险
• 识别流程中潜在风险并推动风险缓释与管控
• 筹备内外部审计工作，并牵头主导审计实施
• 提前对被审计工厂进行前置梳理准备，避免审计出具问题项
• 针对审计发现问题，协助制定对应的整改措施
• 核查业务核心原始数据的一致性，对数据异常问题推动修正落地
Education/Professional Qualifications required fthe position:
•    University degree (Technical, Business, Financial comparable) 
岗位所需学历及专业资质
• 本科及以上学历，工科、商科、财务类或其他相关同等专业均可
Additional Important Requirements:
•    More than 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Sourcing
•    Teamwork: Building cooperation among individuals departments, sharing information resources, working to achieve group goals outcomes 
• Customer Focus: Understanding meeting the needs of customers addressing the interests concerns of allganization stakeholders
• Fluent in English both verbal & written is a must. Additional languages are an added merit.
• Communication influencing - accurately transmitting information while having good listening capacity so that relations based on trust are built.
• Delegation - achieve objectives through others, supporting them in results accomplishment.
