As a Manufacturing Engineer, Engine Remanufacturing, you will be part of the engineering team that supports production with technical solutions fproduction processes, equipment layout, as well as implementation of new products product design changes related to engine products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the local production site be the connection with Product Development Pilot Plants in product/design related questions changes.
- Design, develop, implement new revised remanufacturing processes fthe cost-efficient reman/refurbish products.
- Design set requirements fmanufacturing equipment tools.
- Design optimize factory layout set-up.
- Develop maintain work instructions fproduction teams.
- Lead participate in new product industrialization projects.
- Management of BOMs Design Change Notifications.
- Lead coordinate maintenance activities.
- Participate in pre-study projects of new remanufactured products manufacturing technologies.
- Support the production team ftechnical related matters.
- Support Quality cases when needed.
- Closely work collaborate with global engineering logistics teams in France/Sweden/China.
主要工作职责
- 负责本地生产基地技术支持，作为对接窗口处理与产品研发部、试验工厂之间所有产品、设计相关问题及变更事宜；
- 设计、开发并落地全新或优化后的再制造工艺，实现产品翻新修复的成本可控；
- 完成生产设备、工装夹具的方案设计，并制定采购技术标准；
- 厂区整体布局规划设计与持续优化；
- 编制、更新生产作业指导书并维护版本；
- 牵头或参与新产品工业化落地项目；
- 物料清单（BOM）及设计变更通知单（DCN）全流程管理；
- 统筹、协调设备维保相关工作；
- 参与新型再制造产品、新型制造工艺的前期预研项目；
- 为生产团队提供各类技术问题支撑；
- 按需配合质量异常问题的处理；
- 与法国、瑞典及中国区全球工程、物流团队开展紧密协同工作。
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree above in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Mechatronics a related Engineering field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing engineering a related role, preferred in powertrain systems (Engine, Transmission, Hydraulics...etc) industries.
- Experience in green field plant/production line is an advantage.
- Experience in aftermarket service, reman technical training is an advantage.
- Skilled in CAD tools.
- Knowledge of safety procedures.
- Understthe reman technology framework trend, is a plus.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong communication presentation skills.
- Fluent in English Chinese, in speaking writing.
- Open to occasional overseas business trips.
任职要求
- 机械工程、车辆工程、机电一体化或其他相关工科专业本科及以上学历；
- 5 年及以上制造工程相关岗位工作经验，动力总成（发动机、变速箱、液压系统等）行业背景优先；
- 拥有新建工厂 / 新建产线项目经验者优先；
- 具备售后市场、再制造业务或技术培训相关经验者优先；
- 熟练使用 CAD 绘图软件；
- 熟悉现场安全作业规范；
- 了解再制造技术体系及行业发展趋势者加分；
- 具备优秀的分析能力与问题解决能力；
- 拥有项目管理经验，可开展跨部门协同工作；
- 沟通及汇报展示能力突出；
- 中英文听说读写流利；
- 能够接受不定期海外出差。
