一、岗位职责
1、参与项目的需求分析，根据需求文档进行系统设计，确保设计满足业务需求和技术标准；
2、负责核心代码的编写，包括但不限于后端接口、业务逻辑、数据库操作等，确保代码质量高、可维护性好；
3、编写技术文档，如设计文档、接口文档、用户手册等；
4、负责核心代码的单元测试，确保代码的正确性和稳定性；
5、与团队成员紧密合作，共同完成项目开发和维护工作；
6、熟悉国产化平台、AI编程优先。
二、任职要求
1、至少3年以上的Java开发经验，具有扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉JVM原理、内存模型、垃圾回收等·熟悉常用的设计模式并对设计模式有一定见解；
2、熟练掌握springboot、springcloud全家桶，深入理解 spring原理(包括但不限于IOC、DI、AOP)；
3、熟悉常用中间件并有一定的实战经验，如redis、 rabbitmq、kafka、mongoDB，对原理有一定认识；
4、熟悉Docker+Kubernetes(K8s)项目部署，有一定实战经验；
5、有微服务架构经验，并对微服务有一定的理解。(包括但不限于服务网关、服务注册发现、服务负载、降级熔断
等)·具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，持续学习能力和技术钻研精神；
6、有良好的英语阅读能力。良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能适应快节奏的工作环境，自我驱动力强。
