岗位职责：
1.负责公司AI应用模块的开发与维护，涵盖数据处理、系统集成等工作；

3.跟进大模型（如 LLM/VLM）等前沿技术，探索其在边缘设备和实际场景中的应用可能；
4.基于大语言模型（LLM）构建和优化Agent智能体系统，为AI应用、智能问答等核心业务功能提供底层技术支撑。
5.编写清晰、结构化的代码与技术文档，参与系统调试与优化；
6.在Python为主的技术栈中，持续构建AI应用开发能力，并可根据需求拓展边缘/嵌入式能力。
任职要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历,计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业，3年及以上开发经验，2-3年AI应用落地经验，有独立负责或作为核心成员完成AI项目交付的经验。
2.精通Python全栈开发（FASTAPI/requests/asyncio等），熟悉Python面向对象编程与设计模式，能够独立完成复杂业务模块开发；具备独立设计开发高并发分布式系统的经验者优先；
3.深入掌握Java微服务开发（Spring Boot/MyBatis/Dubbo/Nacos），熟悉微服务架构设计与性能优化
4.熟悉数据库（MySQL）、缓存系统（如Redis）和消息队列（如Kafka）。
5.具备双语言协同开发能力，能根据场景灵活选择技术栈并实现系统集成
6.熟练掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow框架，具有完整的LLM训练调优经验（包括但不限于LoRA/P-Tuning等微调技术）
7.熟悉掌握asyncio、多线程/进程、协程池，了解Redis、RabbitMQ/Pulsar等消息队列中间件，具备异步编程与高并发处理能力者优先；
8.熟悉AI应用开发流程，熟悉LangChain、Milvus等RAG应用框架；有NLP、CV、智能体系统、LLM 接入或模型服务部署相关经验。
加分项：
1.有智能体AI项目上线、落地或交付经验;
2.熟悉开源社区（如GitHub、PyPI），有贡献开源项目经验者优先。
