职责描述：
1、根据企业整体质量状况制定质量控制方案，监控产品全过程质量状况、定期评估质量控制制度和方案；
2、对研发、生产过程中的工艺进行监督、检查，跟踪确认工艺状态对产品质量的影响，论证其合理性；
3、跟踪产品开发过程并对过程中的中间品进行质量跟踪控制；
4、对质量控制中出现的问题提出技术性建议并提出质量改进措施，总结产品质量问题并督促相关部门解决；
5、组织开展质量管理圈（QCC）、质量控制（QC）小组的各项活动；
6、现场质量问题处理，收到质量反馈后，快速响应和紧急遏制，组织分析测试，主导纠正和预防措施，并跟进闭环。
7、根据产品特性、应用场景、变更内容或批次对比需求，设计针对性的可靠性测试方案。
8、操作可靠性实验室各类测试设备，例如振动、冲击试验台、盐雾、IP防护实验箱、各类环境温箱类设备等，并完成实验室设备的日常维护和保养工作。
9、完成上级领导临时交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，3年以上质量管理工作经验，（实验室工作经验的优先）受过相关质量类培训。优秀应届生亦可。
2、熟悉质量管理相关工作。熟悉工艺文件、对质量管理有系统的理解和实施的基础能力。
3、熟悉公司的工艺工序、工作原理；
4、熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识；
5、熟悉产品的检验规范并能够编制、修改相关文件；
6、熟悉掌握可靠性实验室各类测试设备。
7、具备优秀的测试报告撰写能力，逻辑清晰，数据详实。
8、动手能力强，细心，责任心强，有较强的说服、教育、组织能力。能独立解决测试过程中的问题。踏实勤恳，执著敬业，富有团队精神。
