1、独立负责公司产品自主研发i2Share产品的Web后端架构设计、开发。
2、与产品经理、前端工程师紧密协作，高效实现产品需求，保证系统性能、质量和可维护性。
3、负责后端核心模块的代码编写，解决开发中的技术难题，进行技术方案调研和选型。
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，3年及以上Python后端开发经验。
2、精通Python，深刻理解面向对象、多线程、异步编程等，有良好的编程习惯和代码规范意识。
3、精通Django/DRF（Django REST framework）框架原理，具备大型项目的架构设计和开发经验，能独立承担复杂功能模块的开发。
4、熟练掌握以下数据库及中间件，并拥有性能调优经验：
关系型数据库：MySQL/PostgreSQL
缓存/消息队列：Redis
搜索引擎：Elasticsearch（有全文检索、日志处理等项目经验）
5、熟悉 Linux 操作系统及常用命令，能编写Shell脚本完成日常自动化任务。
6、熟悉基于 Git 的团队协作开发流程（如Git Flow）。
7、有前端开发经验，熟悉 Vue.js 等现代前端框架者优先。
8、熟悉异步任务框架 Celery 的应用与实践。
9、有列式数据库（如 ClickHouse）、文档数据库（如 MongoDB）或大数据处理经验者优先。
10、有Docker容器化及Kubernetes编排经验，熟悉微服务架构者优先。
11、有云平台（AWS、阿里云、腾讯云）使用和管理经验者优先。
12、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、问题分析及解决能力，对技术有热情，乐于学习新知。
13、具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任心，有强烈的owner意识，能承受一定压力。
